A draft describing what the product does. Have it reviewed before launch.

Sennel answers WhatsApp messages for businesses, using each business’s own information. This explains what we hold and why.

What we collect

  • From people who use the dashboard: your Google name, email address and profile picture, used to sign you in.
  • From businesses: catalogue items, business details, uploaded documents and photos, and team members’ email addresses.
  • From customers who message a business on WhatsApp: their WhatsApp name, their number or WhatsApp’s user id, their messages and files, the ad they came from, and any booking details they give.

How it’s used

To answer customers, record bookings, notify the business’s team and show the business its reports. Each business can only see its own data. We don’t sell personal data or use it for advertising.

Who processes it

Supabase (sign-in and database), OpenAI (writing replies and searching by meaning, with conversations not stored for later retrieval), Meta (WhatsApp messaging), Cloudinary (files), and our email and hosting providers.

How long it’s kept, and deleting it

Data is kept while a business uses the service. When a business is deleted, its data and files are removed. If you messaged a business and want your data removed, ask that business, or contact us at hello@sennel.in.

Google data

We use your Google account only to sign you in. We don’t read your email, contacts or files, and we don’t share your Google data with anyone except as needed to run sign-in.
